Warranty Policy

The warranty does not cover any of the following:

Bent, broken, burned, damaged serial or part numbers, dents, visible scratches, oxidation, missing parts, damaged or removed warranty stickers, layer damage, processor socket pin damage, internal burns, or any writing on the products.

 

Any evidence of customer-induced damage, such as adhesive, oil, dirt, gum, etc.

 

 

It is the sole responsibility of the customers to backup and store their data. They must store any kind of data before submitting the products for warranty service.

 

 

Products that are no longer manufactured by the relevant company but are still within the warranty period cannot be claimed for warranty. If the product is not repairable, an attempt will be made to replace it with an equivalent specification or adjust it with the price of a new model.

 

 

If the same or equivalent product is not available and the customer does not agree to an upgrade, a sales return will be applicable. The amount deducted will be based on the use of the product.

 

 

If the price of the equivalent product increases with the replacement model, the customer will have to pay the additional amount.

 

Please keep a copy of your purchase invoice and present it when seeking warranty service.
