Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service completion date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed services where the agreed deliverables have been provided.
- Services partially completed due to delays or lack of required input from the client.
- Custom services such as promotional video creation, advanced SEO audits, or bespoke website designs, once work has commenced.
- Any costs incurred for third-party tools, hosting, or domain purchases made on behalf of the client.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@datagatebd.com with details of the issue and the order reference number.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the decision.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Service Adjustments
- If a client is dissatisfied with any service deliverable, we may offer reasonable revisions or adjustments to address concerns.
- Requests for adjustments must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the deliverable.
5. Termination of Services
- If a client decides to terminate services mid-project, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
- Termination requests must be made in writing to support@datagatebd.com.
6. No Guarantee of Results
As many of our services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing) depend on third-party platforms and algorithms, results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided for outcomes that are beyond our control, such as search engine ranking changes or ad performance fluctuations.
7. Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
