In the event that the product is found to be defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect upon delivery, we strongly advise our customers not to accept it.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the product in the presence of our delivery team to ensure its accuracy.
If any defects, damages, breakages, or incorrect products are discovered, please refrain from accepting the delivery.
Please note that if the customer accepts the product without indicating any issues such as defects, damages, breakages, or incorrectness, no complaints for return or replacement will be entertained thereafter.
Data Gate provides an Exchange or Replacement Return Policy.
This means that if a customer reports any defects, damages, breakages, or incorrect products upon receiving the delivery in the presence of our delivery team, Data Gate will replace the faulty item with a brand new, correct product within the same price range.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to exchange it for another suitable product within the same price range.
If a customer encounters any issues while using our product and the Company or Brand offers a service warranty, brand warranty, or both, the customer is eligible to claim either a service or brand warranty for the product.
The refund process for returned products typically takes 7-10 working days for customers to receive their refund.
