We Data Gate made easier Return and Refund Policy:
• In case of buying products from the Shop or Branch, you must check the product in front of the salesman.
• If anything happen within warranty period Data Gate expert will solve the issues within 7 working days.
• In case of online order, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is any manufacturing defect in the product, customer have to inform within 48 hours via hotline number- 096 7777 8888 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Defective products are replaceable from our branch. In this case, our experts will monitor the defects in the product and take necessary step.
• If the customer wishes to change the defective product through the Delivery boy a charge of BDT 200/- will be applicable. In cases of outside Dhaka courier charges will be applicable.
• In cases of courier or delivery services if the product is found broken or, the customer has to bear the full responsibility of the product.
• In case of online purchase customer needs to read all the details of the particular product, once the products are delivered, change of mind is not acceptable.
• In case of refund it may take 5 to 10 working days even more for online. Refund charges are applicable for online transaction.
• In case of courier delivery service, the customer must not receive the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the customer receives the damaged product from the courier, in such case we Data Gate are not responsible.
